There are many things you need to look for when choosing a contractor such as does the contractor have insurance, what is the company history, and how much experience do they have in the type of roofing that you want?

Hello. I’m Jeff Folsom and I’ve been in the roofing and construction industry for over 20 years.
Did you know that choosing a roofing contractor is a decision that will effect you for years to
come? We suggest that you investigate all of the following items before choosing a contractor
for your residence: The contractor you choose needs to have insurance. Should a sales person
or a worker fall off the roof while estimating or working without proper insurance, you can be
sued. Allowing an uninsured company to perform work on your residence is a very bad decision
and may wind up a problem that you have to deal with for many years. Ask for a certificate of
insurance right up front. And if the contractor does not provide the policy, chances are they are
not insured. You also need to look at the company history. Are they a Better Business Bureau
member? Do they have a good rating? The Better Business Bureau is a good tool to use when
selecting a contractor. It can protect you from selecting a contractor that others have had a bad
experience with. Another important item is to find out how much experience does this contractor
have? Do they have experience with the type or kind of roofing system they are installing on
your home? Here at Alpine Roofing Construction, we have over 50 years combined experience
and we’ve been in business since the late 90’s. Our crew members have an abundant amount
of experience in nearly every type of roofing system. And Alpine Roofing Construction is proud
of our A rating with the Dallas, Fort Worth and Oklahoma City Better Business Bureaus. If

you’re choosing a reputable company.
